Ginger and clove spice aromas intertwine with baked apple. Sweet flavours of cherry and crystalised violets combine with forest fruits. A medium bodied finish with herbal influences and garden mint.

Sweet vanilla, fleshy apple and apricot lead among dry-cured meat and peat smoke. White fruit, sponge cake, lemon, oatcakes and smoked cheese on the palate with a long, sweet and smoky finish.

Introduced to the Benromach line-up in 2015, this lusciously rich Speyside single malt is a fruity, chocolatey and lightly smoky dram that will delight fans of traditional styles.
Matured in a mixture of ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks, with a greater emphasis on sherry than the Benromach 10 Year Old, this is a charming reflection of Speyside both past and present.
An interesting bourbon with a unique twist - after the initial maturation it takes a leaf out of Scotch Whisky's book and spends between 3 and 6 months finishing in port barrels. The more experimentation the better, we reckon, especially when it turns out something like this - marrying the sweet caramel and grain of bourbon with the rich sticky wine flavours of a port cask.
Soft red fruits (think raisins, cherries and a few cheeky raspberries), followed by a hint of smokey spice. Treacle, plums, aromatic black tea, earthy oak and blackcurrant. Baking spices, chocolate and a hint of marmalade.
