This blend of Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Tannat, produced on Horgelus's plot called 'Gala', creates an elegant and spicy wine, revealing intense notes of blackberry and blackcurrant. With its smooth tannins, it is a perfect accompaniment to grills and cheeses.

A chardonnay-predominant classic blend that has had three years' ageing on lees. A charming Champagne with honeysuckle and brioche notes, and a surprisingly long finish.

This exudes class, richness and concentration of flavour in this outstanding Rhône vintage. Full-bodied, richly textured, ripe and long with more than a hint of spice .

With a well-balanced complexity, the Rosé oscillates between minerality and freshness to reveal at its heart a true floral bouquet with vibrant notes. A majestic burst of rose petals meets the acidity of freshly picked red fruit, combined with notes of dry white peach. French Bloom's signature French Chardonnay wine accents with a touch of Pinot-Noir are enhanced by these bright, sparkling aromas.

A blend of delacoholized organic French Chardonnay wine, French Bloom Le Blanc opens with a minerality with accents of pear, the inimitable signature of the house. Between acidity and depth, French Bloom Le Blanc reveals dazzling floral bursts in the heart. Its tropical notes are followed by an evolution of granny smith apple, accords of white flowers and slightly spicy citrus fruits with a sparkling freshness.

Playing on the delicacy of the vintage, the cuvée "Les Contours de Mairlant" displays beautifully fruity notes and carried by a feeling of mineral freshness and subtly toasted. The mouth is balanced on a combination of fat / tension of the most enticing. A vintage of pure pleasure.

A great leafy citrus note, ripe green apple, pithy texture with strident acidity and excellent definition. Lovely creamy notes to finish.

Distinctive exotic spice and incense, an almost Vosne-Romanee complexity of aroma is a signature of this wine. Morello cherry and raspberry flavors swirl in the mouth with white pepper and sweet tobacco pulsing with energy despite its rich and mouth coating feel. The tannins are incredibly fine and integrated speaking to wine well above its village designation.

Roc Epine red is a powerful and robust wine, it offers a complex nose of cinnamon, cooked fruits and morello cherries. While the palate expresses vanilla and peppers which persist until the final. It is a supple and rich wine with a very good length.

An unforgettable and totally brilliant wine that could come from no other terroir – and no other producer. The aromas of citrus oils and ripe citrus fruits are not overly toasty or oaky. There's a little touch of barley sugar and lavender honey that leads into a very full-bodied, rich and mouthcoating palate, with citrus oil viscosity. Importantly, this has well-balanced acidity along with an inner tension and a long saline finish. Very powerful, yet perfectly balanced, which is quite a feat. 100/100

Almond and hazelnut roasted in a vegetal, floral and mineral environment. Butter, honey, citrus fruits also solicit the nose. On the palate, a rich and fat wine, with a nutty and delicious flavor: the balance between unctuous and freshness. Long & structured.

Beautiful aromas of blackberry, violets, and light baking spices which lead harmoniously into the palate. Concentrated yet smooth and silky with ripe tannins.

The 2016 Gevrey-Chambertin has retained a wonderful bouquet with red cherries, cranberry and wild strawberry fruit that feels cohesive and concentrated. The new oak is nicely integrated. The palate is smooth in texture with slightly lower acidity than expected. Very harmonious and seductive, this fans out nicely on the peppery finish.

Bright and lifted aromas of lemon, green apple and pear. Crisp and clean on the palate with focused, taught, racy acidity that fuses with further citrus fruit and white pepper minerality.

The 2020 Gigondas Vieilles Vignes offers awesome aromatics, full-bodied richness, a round, lush, yet pure mouthfeel, and ripe yet certainly present tannins. It’s loaded with Provençal, garrigue, and peppery goodness, and it’s going to be a brilliant value. This cuvée is an 80/20 split of Grenache and Mourvèdre raised all in foudre.

Fragrant notes of white blossom and ripe juicy nectarine lead to a rounded, unctuous palate, beautifully balanced by freshness. Fleshy, with tension on the mid-palate and a long finish.

A brilliant cherry red, with aromas of red fruits with a slightly peppery note. The fullness and roundness make these wines a pleasure. Ideal with lighter weight dishes be they fish, fowl, four-legged or vegetarian.
