Ch. Clos du Clocher Pomerol 1982

Dark ruby/garnet, with only slight amber at the edge, this extroverted wine offers up a bouquet filled with scents of roasted chestnuts, ripe plums, and licorice. In the mouth, the wine is opulent, generously endowed, with low acidity, and a lush, heady finish. It makes for a seductive tasting experience.
