This aged Oloroso has an average of 20 years when it’s bottled and in that time gaining a level of maturity marking it out as an exceptional sherry. While it’s very much in the dry style it a warm, rounded raisiny character alongside flavours of toasted almonds and dried apricots. A very expressive and complex sherry.
