As we slowly make our way into the warmer months it seems like the right thing to do to make our tastings a little more… refreshing? Cava is just perfect in the sun and so as we reach June it quickly becomes the best choice for a tasting evening.

We will be enjoying 5 bottles of differing Cava all from one of our favourite producers as well as 2 bottles of red at the end just to give some balance to the evening.
