The family Clouet handles about 9 hectares in Bouzy, Grand Cru of Champagne, situated on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims. A traditional wine cellar where the manual work that marks both the agronomic phase winemaking. Just think that the riddling is still operated by hand, as well as disgorgement, conducted according to family tradition. The range of bottles produced is crossed by a clever interpretation of the Pinot Noir that gives secure versions champagne personality.

This very particular and appealing brut Rose is Pinot Noir fermented as blanc Champagne blended with 8% still Bouzy Rouge.  This is a bottle that is definitively worth trying.
