The Pietradolce Etna Rosso is a red wine made from the Nerello Mascalese grape, grown in a single vineyard on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Aged for three months in lightly toasted French oak barrels before bottling the Etna Rosso has a bouquet of berry fruit and brushwood; elegance, minerality and excellent length on the palate.

Poggio le Volpi Donnaluce is bright pale yellow. Produced from pure grapes of the same name, this label is aged in steel tanks for 6 months before resting in the bottle for a further 3 months. The colour is ruby red with luminous reflections and the aromas released are typical of the varietal: red-fleshed fruit, wild flowers and aromatic herbs. Terre dei Dogi Pinot Grigio is straw yellow sometimes with greenish highlights. It is delicate and complex, with elegant wisteria and acacia flower notes, together with exotic fruits ones. Fresh palate, full body.

Made by a good friend of the winery, this has great energy and freshness with cool cherry sorbet fruits, violet petal and blackurrant acidity.
