The wine is fresh and mineral and has aromas of red fruits. Combining passion, terroir and tradition with a touch of modernity and French know-how! It is an interesting combination of wine that has spent 3 months in French barrels and wine stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit notes.

The nose is full of vanilla and menthol aromas with plenty of berry fruits also in evidence. On the palate dark fruits dominate with flavours of raisins, liquorice and sweet spice along with rustic, gamey and meaty notes. It has a well rounded structure with quite prominent, but well integrated tannins.

Grande Cuvee 2017 is a strictly limited wine from the best Merlot barriques of the estate, rounded off with a touch of Petit Verdot, the fruitiness of Cabernet Sauvignon, and the added elegance of Syrah. Discover here a deep, multi-layered and uncommonly Bulgarian growth of great radiance and finesse.

This wine is golden in colour with youthful hues. Intense aromas of tropical fruit and grapefruit give way to floral notes of acacia. The palate is fruity and pleasantly soft, with distinct almond flavours that continue on the finish. This unique variety is known for being taut and zesty, but also slightly honeyed in character.

Complex and elegant aromas of blackberries, plums and cherries combine with subtle hints of vanilla and toasty notes. Beautifully textured with a mouth-filling palate of ripe berried fruits against a mineral backdrop and a long lasting finish.

A beautiful golden colour with amber hues. Sophisticated and very tempting aromas of fig jam, dried flowers, raisins, orange peel, apricot, quince and honey. Very good balance between the sweetness and the acidity, great noble development and lovely long finish with notes of bee wax, honey and acacia.
